Kindall Wins
Regional
Patricia Kindall, a Rappahannock High School student enrolled in Piedmont Technical Education Center’s business program, took first place honors in the clerktypist event at the recent Future Business Leaders of America regional competition.
Thirty-three FBLA chapters attended competitions held March 31 at James Madison University. Along with William H. Lacey from Culpeper County, first place winner of the data processing event, Patricia will represent Piedmont at the FBLA’s Virginia State Leadership Conference in Richmond on April 27-29.
Other students from RCHJ who competed in the James Madison regionals were Carolyn Burke, Tanya Brown, Connie Wharton and Monica Starks.
