Hubert S. Gilkey declared his candidacy this week for supervisor from Wakefield District in the upcoming November elections.
Gilkey, a resident of Chester Gap for 19 years, is a building contractor. He graduated from Warren County High School in 1959 and is married to the former Maybelle Williams of Chester Gap. The Gilkey’s have three children, two of whom still attend Rappahannock schools.
