Mr. Dorsey was best man for his son. Groomsmen were Donald Ellison of Richmond, the bride’s brother, David Dorsey of Gainesville, the groom’s brother, and Kelton Flinn of Charlottesville. The « groom’s brother also read the scripture passage.
A reception followed the ceremony on the church lawn.
The bride is a May graduate of the University of Virginia School of Nursing.
Mr. Dorsey will complete his studies in August at the University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science and in the fall will be r commissioned a second lieutenant in the Air Force.
After a short wedding trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains the couple will live temporarily in Charlottesville.
