There's a long, long trail a winding from Houston, Texas to Sperryville—to which Gina and John Sigwald can attest, for they’ve covered all 1500 miles of it—on bicycles. And, if that isn’t enough, they plan to leave Sperryvillle Friday and add another 1500 miles, back to Houston by way of Orlando. Fla.
Gina and John are visiting their aunt, Mrs. Gladys Havstad and Peter in Old Hollow this week. They left Houston May 12 and arrived in this vicinity six weeks later. They went sight-seeing in the Nation’s Capital before coming to Sperryville during the weekend.
John says they travel from fifty to eighty miles a day. depending on the weather and the terrain, and where the next campground is located.
