Dr. Sam Wasser will be discussing the Smithsonian Institution Conservation and Research Center near Front Royal.

It is anticipated that some participants will be bringing visual aids. The program, which is free of charge, will be held at the new Rappahannock County Library located on U.S. 211, east of Washington, Va.

Babysitting will not be available for this month’s offering.

The First Friday Series will continue on Feb. 7 with a second program on Living and Working in Rappahannock County.
