Falcons 44-41. The game was close all the way, with neither team acquiring more than a fivepoint lead. Central led most of the first half with their fine guard Sonny Jackson. However, center Harry Jordan of Rappahannock tipped the second half opening top-off to Ronnie Myers who laid it up to put the Panthers ahead 22-21. Central later rallied but could never overcome the tough defense.
Standard and Advanced First Aid Classes will begin Tuesday, January 11 at Flint Hill firehall. The 26-hour course will be under the direction of Mrs. Bertha Armel and will meet twice weekly, on Tuesday and Thursday nights, from 7 until 9 p.m. Anyone wishing to take the course is extended an invitation.
