Geralyn Welch
Geralyn Kelly Welch, 33, died on Dec. 24, at her home in Sterling.
She was bom on Jan. 5, 1962f in Bellmore, New York.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Welch is survived by her husband, Billy B. Welch, II of Sterling and three children, Brittany, Bridget and Tara Welch, alt of Sterling.
Also surviving are her mother, Patricia C. Kelly, of Tappahannock and one sister, Mary Ann Taylor of The Woodlands, Texas.
Funeral services were held on Wedneady, Dec. 27 at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in Ashbum.
Interment was at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Herndon.
Arrangements were handled by Green Funeral Home, Inc. in Herndon.
Annie Bywaters
Annie Laurie Bywaters, 88, of the Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community, Culpeper, died on Monday, Dec. 25 at the home.
She was'bom at Olive in Culpeper County on May 25,1907.
Prior to her retirement, she assisted her brother, the late William F. Bywaters for many years in the operation of the family farm in Culpeper County.
She was a member of Amissville Baptist Church.
Her parents were the late Hugh Lillard and Neva Wade Doyle Bywaters.
Survivors include one brother, Hugh D. Bywaters of Culpeper and a niece, Carolyn Bywaters Knakal of Mechanicsville.
Also surviving are two nephews, Roland P. Clement Jr. of Crozier and William M. Clement of Warsaw.
Graveside “services were held on Wednesday, Dec. 27 at Amissville Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Thomas Everett officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Amissville Volunteer Fire Department or the Amissville Baptist Church.
Clore Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
