Frequently the taxpayer moves after filing his return, but does not notify the IRS. In other •cases the address is incorrect on the tax return. ,’i, Steve W. Morrison of Amissville, •Matthew Knave of Washington, and John D. Rinker Jr. of Flint Hill are on ,thjs 12-page list of 2,099 Virginians .due refunds of .$1.7 million. The refunds range from $40 to $30,000.
