Spray a Bundt pan with Vegetable oil. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, pumpkins, egg Substitute, cinnamon, ginger, and nut■ meg. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until well combined. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on a wire rack for 25 minutes. Remove from pan. Let stand 20 minutes or until completely cooled.
