Health Programs Scheduled The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board invites persons 60 years of age and older to participate in the following Health Senior Nutrition Center: On Jan. 17, at 11:30 a.m., program on Improving Communication between Doctor and Patient by Dr. Gil Webb. On Jan. 22, at 11:30 a.m., Blood Pressure Check by Rappahannock County Health Department. First Aid, CPR Classes To Be Held The American Red Cross, Culpeper Chapter will be offering an Adult CPR and Standard First Aid Class oh Saturday, Jan. 13. The hours will be 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for Adult CPR then 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. for Standard First Aid. The cost will be $25 for one course and $35 if both are taken.
