Delegate Jay Katzen invites his constituents to meet with him at the Rappahannock County Public Library Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999 before he heads to Richmond for the 1999 Session of the Virginia General Assembly. Katzen will be at the library from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and is interested in hearing your thoughts and concerns on issues which may come before the General Assembly in January.
