Students at all levels may attend and maintenance classes will continue through tne year. Classes combine stretching, breathing and relaxation exercises to tone the nerves, muscles, glands, ligaments and joints. Shorin-Ryu Okinawan karate classes will begin Jan. t 20 at Ki Theatre in Washington. Classes will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 5:30 p.m. for juniors and from 5:30 to 7 p.m. for adults.
