closings set The following offices and businesses will be closed Thursday and Friday for the New Year holiday: Rappahannock School Board Office, Rappahannock Library, all county offices, Rappahannock Health Department, Social Services and Family Guidance. Rappahannock Bank and F&M Bank will close at 2 p.m. on Thursday and will remain closed Friday. All area post offices will be closed on Friday, New Year’s Day.
