• The commission completed the review of the town’s comprehensive plan making corrections and updating the size of rural town lots from 1.8 acres to 1.5 acres. Critzer recommended that the commission meet again to check that each member’s corrections to the plan were uniform and to choose items from Milton Herd’s report to insert into it. Subsequently, the commission scheduled a work session for 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 11, 1999.
