IN AN INSTANT
We all must plan for the future if we are to ensure the happiness and welfare of ourselves and our families. Many of 'us heed the past as a means of continuing our traditions and heritage. It is sometimes most difficult, however, for us to dwell in that instant of time between the past and the future - the present, which many may unfortunately regard as a yawning void. Living in the present moment actually requires some effort, because it means we have to quiet the forward motion of our worry and sink back into what and whom we are with at a given moment. However, once we learn to do that consciously, life can offer us such sweetness in the simple events of daily life.
