Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) initiated an investigation of Bardo Brewery, located at 275 Seven Ponds Road, Amissville.
The investigation is in response to complaints received from citizens and local law enforcement officials concerning the sale of beer at the brewery for on premise consumption, and intoxicated patrons leaving the establishment.
According to ABC officials, Bardo Brewery holds a brewery off premise license that does not authorize the sale of beer for consumption on the brewery
