Director Shaffer noted the passing of great library patron Harry Lee Smith, and the donations totaling $550 received in his memory. He also told the Board that all is in place at the Washington Town Hall for the Friends of the Library Fourth of July book sale. The Friends and library staff and Board of Trustees expect the usual great turnout and results from this year’s sale.
