Ophelia Wright, 83, of Culpeper died on Tuesday, June 26 at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
She was a member of Nazareth Baptist Church in Boston.
Survivors include one sister, Peachie F. Washington of Crofton, Md.; two brothersin-law, Ashby Carpenter of Culpeper and Strother Washington of Crofton, Md.; one sister-in-law, Martha Wright of Dalzell, S.C.; ten nephews and 12 nieces.
Funeral services were conducted at Nazareth Baptist Church in Boston on Sunday, July 1 with Rev. Howard R. Frye of Huntly officiating.
W.C. Thompson Funeral Home of Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.

Amissville resident
Leslie Franklin Jeffries Jr., 53, of Amissville died Monday, June 25 at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
He was born July 2, 1947 in Amissville, a son of the late Leslie F. Jeffries Sr. and Marie Spicer Jeffries.
Survivors include four sisters, Francis Barron and her husband, Melvin of Orlean, Effie Jeffries of Amissville, Louise Olinger and her husband Terry Sr. of Opal and Lena Nicholson and her husband, James of Rixeyville; five brothers, Richard Jeffries and his wife, Hazel and Cecil Jeffries, all of Rixeyville, Russell Jeffries
