The facility on the 204 acre parcel owned by Brooke Miller, “Miller Silo,” is to be similarly situated and designed—it would also be a 90 foot silo and would be visible from US 211 in the Washington area.
“Welch Slope” is to be another 80 foot monopole, and would be located on a 335 acre parcel owned by Arland Welch at 444 Zachary Taylor Highway—just south of Flint Hill. Like the “Eastham Slope” facility, this tower would be screened both the
