The fourth tower, designated “Rose Hill Silo,” is to be located on 439 acres owned by Thomas Massie on US 211 at Massies Corner. The Rose Hill installation is proposed to be a 90 foot simulated silo in which the cellular equipment is hidden. The silo would be readily visible from US 211, but designed to blend in by looking like a farm structure.
