The facility on the 204 acre parcel owned by Brooke Miller, “Miller Silo,” is to be similarly situated and designed—it would also be a 90 foot silo and would be -visible from US 211 in the Washington area.
“Welch Slope” is to be another 80 foot monopole, and would be located on a 335 acre parcel owned by Arland Welch at 444 Zachary Taylor Highway— just south of Flint Hill. Like the “Eastham Slope” facility, this tower would be screened both the tree line and by the topography.
