Smallest easement of the bunch was Donald Audette's gift adding 13 acres to the effort to* preserve the corridor of Route« 231, a Virginia By-Way. Roger ToTnedon added 2 lucres to the easement cluster on Fogg Mountain, near Flint Hill.
Richard and Alice Laimbeer used an easement to merge three tax parcels into a single 52-acre tract on Route 729 near the Thornton River.
The Gail Nellis/Jennifer Knapp 1t)8-acre easement on Indian Run below Hogwallow Flat . overlook specifically retains their right to install a small hydroelectric power turbine. Marc and Alaina Cugnon prohibited fliture subdivision of their 141 acres on North Poes Road, but kept their right to build an indoor riding arena at an agreed-upon site.
