DMV closed for holiday
In observance of the New Year's holiday, all Department of Motor Vehicles customer service centers will be closed on Monday, Dec. 31 and Tuesday, Jan. 1 All centers will be open on Saturday, Dec. 29.
Volunteers needed
The Coffee Shop at Culpeper Regional Hospital is desperately seeking volunteers! Meet the public and provide a valuable service in a friendly, casual environment. The Coffee Shop is open weekdays only, and volunteers donate a minimum of two hours once a week.

Ragged Mountain activity

• Saturday, Dec. 29: Twilight/Moonlight Hike of Old Rag Mountain. Meet at upper parking lot for Old Rag (Nethers side) between 6:30-7 p.m. Bring layered clothing, comfortable yet sturdy footwear, back-up light and nourishment for self.
Yoga classes in Hume
