Tom Tepper told Mr. Cole that he “would like to applaud you on the concept.” He did, however, express concern with the lack of detail in the site plan, and that he would like more detail before rendering a decision. Chairman Werner Krebser also expressed support for the concept, but he said that he “didn’t like the way that it was labeled,” (as a country inn) and said that it should be labeled as a restaurant and that “We need to find a way to cover it in the ordinance .”
After an unsuccessful motion to recommend disapproval of the application, the Planning Commission voted to table the application to allow the applicant time to finalize the plans and provide the detail necessary for the Commission to review and act.
