Though some of the proposed activities—the microcidery for example—are “by right” in an agricultural zone and would result in some level of traffic increase, a number of the public comments reflected concern about traffic increases resulting from restaurant activities. Most of the Planning Commissioners, whether in favor or in opposition to the concept, also expressed concern about increases in traffic on Harris Hollow Road and through the Town of Washington.
