High school seniors, including those being home-schooled, from the counties of Rappahannock, Page and Shenandoah are invited to write 500-750 word essays on the subject: “What it will take for me to be a good American citizen in the next twenty years.” The deadline for submission is Jan. 18, 2002.

The entries will be collected from each hied) school’s guidance counselor (or directly submitted to Mr. Tom Lloyd, 310 Luray Avenue, Luray, Va. 22835, by seniors being home-schooled).

The winning senior can choose one two week period for the internship in the House of Delegates: Feb. 15 to March 1 or Feb. 17 to March 3. The high school student selected for the internship will ' reside with Delegate and Mrs. Louderback in their Richmond
