Butch Zindel voiced his support for the proposed use of the parcel, and said that it was “kind of low-impact, open-space, based upon tourism and agriculture. Ron Frazier said that he was concerned that the plan was “still in the design stage and presented no hard numbers,” and he said that traffic was also a concern, but he agreed with Mr. Zindel in his general support for the concept.
