The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Sen/ices Board/Area Agency on Aging, a human services organization, will receive sealed proposals for the purpose of contacting with one contractor to provide a Classification and Compensation Study. Sealed Request for Proposals responses must be returned by 4:00 P.M., March 5, 2004 at the office address, 15361 Bradford Road, P.O. Box 1568, Culpeper, VA 22701. The Board reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals or reject proposals at any time prior to an award, to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be most advantageous to the Board.
