Driving into town is my daughter's favorite breakfast place. The Blue Ridge Diner on Main Street, formerly the Appetite Repair Shop. The diner is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. When we’re pressed for time in the mornings, we stop in for breakfast. My daughter always gets pancakes and bacon and I order the egg sandwich. With drinks and a tip the tab is only $10.
The Blue Ridge Diner is now serving pizza and is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thursday through Sunday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thanks to Tom at Tbrn’s Mountain Garden for recommending the diner. It’s a great spot.
