dent in which another motorcyclist, John Kosztolnik of Northern Virginia, was killed. Commonwealth Attorney Peter Luke said the evidence showed that the motorcycle driven by Weems had crossed the center line as it came down the mountain on Route 211 West near Shenandoah National Park. It struck Kosztolnik’s motorcycle, which was heading west. Kosztolnik was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Weems was fined $2,500
