General work orders, property upkeep and preventative maintenance items are a constant responsibility of this position. You must be CFC certified, have at least two years of applicable experience and be willing to be on call two-three weeks per month.
Porters: Great entry level position. Responsible for general cleaning and upkeep of community appearance, apartment turnover work and deliver of correspondence to residents. No previous experience required.
