Ben “Cooter” Jones and “Cooter’s Garage Band” will be making marvelous music at the Sperryville SchoolHouse on Sunday, May 25, from 1 - 4 p.m. to benefit the new Rappahannock Community Center, THE LINK. The afternoon celebration features Ben and the Garage Band and “General Lee,” Ben’s beloved orange ’69 Dodge Charger - Ben and the Band play from 1 to 4 p.m. and will mingle with folks before and after for ‘tellin’ tales,’ taking pictures and signing autographs.
An enthusiastic crowd is expected and everyone is encouraged to bring chairs/blankets for this rain or shine event. There are no advance ticket sales. Gates open at noon.
