Bids may be withdrawn in accordance ninth the Code of Virginia Section 11 -54(A) Procedure (ii). Project No. 1 will construct a new wastewater collection system, including approximately 17,000 feet of wastewater force main, approximately 400 feet of sanitary sewer, and approximately 88 grinder pump stations.
