Virginia, to consider amendments to Chapter 103 of the Rappahannock County Code, and the repeal of Chapter 11 of the Rappahannock County Code. ....... •**' These-amendments .include the repeal of the existing courthouse maintenance and law library fee provisions, renumbering them as part of 5103. with amendments.
