BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPPAHANNOCK
COUNTY AND THE RAPPAHANNOCK ATHLETIC
ASSOCIATION FOR STUART FIELD
Oa Monday, Juno 2, 2008, at 7:00 pm, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a Public Hearing at the Courthouse in Washington. Virginia, to consider a lease agreement between the Board of Supervisors and the Rappahannock AthleticAssociation (RAA) for a lease on the Stuart Field property, located in Amissville. Virginia.
The property, consisting of 8.6b acres. Tax Map 33. Parcel 23A. is being acquired by the County from the Amissville Ruritans Club. Inc. The purpose of the lease, which has an initial term of ten (10) years, with a ten (10) year renewal option, is to allow the RAA to continue its baseball and T-ball operations on the existing ball fields and related facilities.
