Mrs. Fletcher was bom January 30, 1946 in Heth. Arkansas to the late Amour Franklin and the late Willie Bell Dunn and was raised by her late grandmother, Veary Ella Williams.
A retail manager, she was a resident of Rappahannock for many years.
