Moon also visited the polo grounds in Pnlm Beach, and racetracks at Keeneland and Saratoga in addition to the historic Upperville Horse Show to capture the style.

Moon has written for People magazine, Town and Country, Veranda, Southern Accents and the Washington Post. She is the author of five books. She lives in Middleburg and Fort Lauderdale with husband Leonard Shapiro, longtime Washington Piet sportswriter.
