The construction partition has been removed and the Sperrvville Corner Store is open and showing off its new space and wares.
There are shelves and coolers waiting to be filled, but gleaming refrigeration cases are already filled with soda, beer and water. The seafood case is being calibrated, and as soon as that is done, we will be able to buy fresh fish in Sperryville.
The meat department is greatly expanded and we are awaiting the home made sausage and larger selection erf meats, There is now the potential for a real produce department and more dairy selections. Well keep you posted about new products and choices at the Corner Store.
Grand opening
American Image Salon owner. Sherri Woodward, inrites the community to come Saturday, July 12 from 3-7 p.m. to celebrate both her second business anniversary and the relocation and expansion of her salon. Along with a pinata for the children and food (cookout), a DJ will provide the music for this festive occasion. The new location of American Image Salon is 11951 Lee Highway, just west of the bridge at Main Street in Sperryville.
