RCCA holds its monthly Board of Directors meeting on the third Tuesday of each month from 530-7 p.m. at the Link in SperryviNe (at the comer of Routes 522 & 211). The Aging Together partnership wilt hold its quarterly meeting to update the community about progress on improving quality of life for older adults. The meeting is July 17 at the Culpeper Library from 930 -1130 am. Topics include updates on regional transportation activities presented by staff of the Regional Commission, RRCSB/AAA, RSVP and VofTran programs; a report on the results of Aging Together’s Volunteer Recruitment Campaign; and feedback from this year’s Community Conversations on Aging. Special guest Ira Doom of Bedford Rides will share information on a volunteer transportation network in his area All interested citizens are invited to attend.
