In execution of a Deed of Trust dated 30 December 2005 and of record as Instrument #05-0002504 among the land records in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, securing a promissory note in the original principal amount of $289,552.54, default having been made in the payment of the note secured thereby and other terms and conditions thereof, the undersigned Substitute Trustee, will on Friday the t8th day of July, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. (EDT) offer for sale at public auction at the front steps of the Courthouse of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, 250 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia the following improved parcel of land and improvements located at 11784 Lee Highway, Sperryvtlle, Virginia 22740 and more particularly descnbed as follows: ALL that certain lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, on the south side of U.S, Route 211, more particularly described as Tract 2 containing 0.264 acres, as the shown on a plat of survey by William P. Gimbel, LS, dated November 6, 1989 and recorded amongst the land records in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Rat Book A, at page 80. AND BEING the same and identical real property acquired by Elizabeth Wheeler by deed from Jeff Green dated and recorded December 30,2005 among the aforesaid land records as instrument No. 05-0002503.
