Carnival raffle. The winners were: $1000 John Diley , $500 Connie Johnson; $50 Eleanore Pullen; $50 Sherri Cooper; $25 Karen Moore and $25 John Woodward. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frasier and Christopher of Turkey Ridge Road accompanied by Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville toured Skyline Drive on July 4th returning by way of Madison County to view the fireworks at Graves mountain Lodge. Miss Amanda Sims spent the two recent weeks with her aunt Miss Hawkins in Virginia Beach and also visited in Norfolk and other places of interest.
