The object of the above-styled proceeding is to merge The W G. Dealing Testamentary Trust (the “Deanng Trust"), a chantable trust for tne advancement of education, into the J. S. Cooley Testamentary Trust, another charitable trust having the same trustee and the same chantable purpose. It appeanng by an affidavit filed pursuant to § 8.01-316 of the t950 Code of Virginia, as amended, (the “Code") that this order is required by Code § 55-542.06 for the purpose of notifying the public at large (i.e., parties unknown) of the forgoing proceedings; and that this order be published once a week for three consecutive weeks pnor to any hearing or tnal in a paper of general circulation in the county or city of the Dealing Trust s principal place of administration and where any affected real estate of the trust is located.
