Virginia 20106 and more particularly descnbed as follows: All that certain tract or parcel of land with improvements thereon, lying and being situate in Jackson Magistenal Distnct of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and containing v- 9.5057 acres according to a plat and survey dated July 20. 2005 made by David M. Furstenau. CLS, the street address of which is 140 Hinsons Ford Road. Amissville. Virginia, 20106 and also known as Rappahannock Co. Tax Map Reference No. 32-<3)-A (hereinafter the Subiect Property"). The Subject Property is improved by a single-family residence and appurtenant outbuildings, currently has an assessed value, according to the Commissioner of Revenue for Rappahannock County. Virginia, of $592,800.00 and is more particularly described in a deed recorded among the land records of the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia in Instrument no 05-1901 and in Deed Book 144 at page 324 recorded among the aforesaid land records to which reference is hereby made and to the references therein contained for a more accurate and complete metes and bounds description of the Subject Property and the chain of title thereto.
