Book bam
Friends of the Library board members and helpers, from left, Dmitry Huss, Grace Sims, Anne Hansen, Peter Hansen and Lois Snead sort the hundreds of books which will be available at the book bam. The official opening is this fall but the bam doors will be open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to t p.m. starting July 19. Hardback books can be purchased for $2. With hundreds of fiction and nonfiction titles the book bam will have something for everyone. The bam relies on volunteers and donated books. It is located next to the Rappahannock County Library and all proceeds are used to support the library staff and activities.
