There were large sections in the ordinance on the pretreatment of wastewater, permits, bio-chemical analysis and reporting requirements if, perhaps, someone wished to turn their home into an industrial chrome plating operation.
Toward the end of the meeting, everyone seemed too tired to discuss the more relevant agenda item which was the deed of easement that would be required of every property .owner in town. So, it was continued. Again.
