Traveling extensively, Wolf lectures and gives seminars to chefs’ associations, food professionals, cooking and food service students and industry groups from California to Paris.
He is a contributing authority to Food Arts magazine, has written a regular cuisine and culture commentary column for Forbes magazine, appeared on CNN, the Food Network, as a regular contributor on CNBC’s “The Real Story,” and was the Cheese Wizard on AOCs website “Thrive.”

Gadino will host a tasting of his award-winning wines, offering guests the opportunity to create their own pairings with a selection of the finest cheeses in the region.
The experience will be made even richer with the presentation of homemade chutneys by Nevill Turner, owner of Virginia Chutney Company, recommended by renowned New York Times writer Marian Burros in her annual holiday gift guide, and also located in Washington.
