the senior pastor of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Colonial Heights, Va., for almost eight years. Before his arrival at Mount Pleasant, Dr. Ginn served a* the director of the Northeast Campus of Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Schenectady, N.Y. He recently completed a term as a trustee for the International Mission Board. Dr. Ginn and his wife, Nell, have also served as missionaries to Cali, Colombia with the IMB, where Dr. Ginn served in a dual role, as a church planner and a professor at the International Baptist Theological Seminary.
