THE OBJECTS of the above-styied suit are to (1) establish the Last Wit! ar-o Testament of Bertlib Ayior. who died March 16. 2005 3nc 2, to quet the title of Susan Grigsby. Complainant, in and to the following real property situated in Rappahannock County Virginia and more particularly described as follows 2 8 acres, more or less tax map parcel 28-45 and being the same real estate conveyed to Reginald H Ayior and Bertlib Ayior by deed dated January 15. 1963 and recorded April 15. 1963 in Deed Book 99. Page 122 Reginald H Ayior having died on October 3, 1992 thereby vesting fee simple title in Bertlib Ayior.

And it appearing by affidavit executed and filed according to law that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain m wnat county, city or state the Defendants identified in the caption to this affidavit reside, without effect, with the exception o* those defendants identified with addresses, and that there are parties defendant who are or may be non-residents, and
