wins winter art and
holiday card contest

The holiday card sent from Rappahannock County Public Schools this year features a drawing by 10-year-old Connor Culbertson, a fourth-grader at Rappahannock elementary school.
Culbertson’s drawing of a red bam, green fields and mountains, was chosen from among 50 classroom works entered by students of elementary" school art teacher Harriette Rosenblatt. She started the students off by taking photographs of different scenes around the county that illustrated the theme of this year’s Art and Holiday Card Contest: “Beautiful Rappahannock.”
