"In the face of the Supreme Court's brazen usurpation of authority, its flagrant disregard of constitutional limita tions. its willful flaunting of judicial precedents, its wanton contempt for the doctrine of states’ rights and recognized principles of established law. we must resort to drastic measures it we are to preserve the structure of our republic."
